The villa is located in a quiet location, directly on the seashore, at the beginning of a large sandy beach, 5 km long. The house stands on a hill and from its terrace offers an unforgettable view of the sea, the beach and the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia. The sun sets in the sea right in front of the villa.
A path descends from the terrace through the park, which leads to a private equipped beach (zones, sun loungers, showers). From the private beach you can go down to the main beach.
