Inspection tours for real estate in Greece are a great opportunity to combine a vacation at sea and the purchase of a new home in one trip. Greece Invest invites you to go on such a trip! You can personally inspect the most favorite objects of our base in the company of experienced specialists.
When inspecting the objects, you will be accompanied by a professional realtor, who also acts as a translator, and when booking real estate, the documents will be prepared by a team consisting of a lawyer, a notary and an accountant. We will introduce you to the region, tell you about the advantages and disadvantages of the selected properties and help you feel at home in Greece!

Required documents

Documents for booking a property

  • A valid passport;
  • Visa or other document confirming legal residence in Greece;
  • The amount of the deposit in the amount of 2,000 to 5,000 euros.

Documents for opening a bank account

  • A valid passport;
  • Visa or other document confirming legal residence in Greece;
  • Certificate from the place of work on wages or other document confirming the source of income;
  • A certificate confirming the registration address in the country of residence, or a copy of the internal passport with a registration mark;
  • Certificate of income of an individual, form 2-NDFL;
  • Certificate of the mobile operator of the country of residence, or an invoice for payment for mobile services;
  • If the money transfer to the bank account of a Greek bank will be made from the bank account of the country of residence, the number of this account and the statement of cash flows on it, with the obligatory indication of the name of the bank, are also required;
  • If a bank account is opened in the name of the spouses, a copy of the marriage certificate with the stamp APOSTILLE is also required;
  • Greek Tax Number (AFM);
  • The phone number of the Greek mobile operator and a certificate of registration of the number in your name.

Tour program

Inspection tours for real estate in Greece are designed for a period of three to five days - depending on the number of options selected, as well as on your personal preferences. During this time, we will have time to get to know the region, inspect all objects, prepare the necessary documents, open an account with a Greek bank and issue an AFM (TIN). However, everything in order.

Day one: arrival and accommodation

Depending on the selected region, you will arrive at the airport of Athens or Thessaloniki. A representative of Greece Invest will meet you with a nameplate. An individual transfer will take you to the hotel, where, if you wish, you will be assisted with accommodation. If you arrive on a morning flight, we can start viewing the properties on the same day without wasting time. If you arrive in the evening, the car will pick you up at the hotel in the morning of the next day to go to see the options you like.

Day two / third: viewing the properties you like

For each client, we develop an individual plan for the inspection of objects and agree in advance with the property owners. The inspection is carried out on the company's car. You will be accompanied by an experienced realtor during your trip, who will guide you through the property and act as a translator if necessary. He will answer all your questions regarding the location of objects, tell about the features of certain options and answer all your questions. The specialist will also advise you on the possibility of obtaining a residence permit for property owners.

Day four: re-examination and booking of the object

Based on the results of the inspection, you can choose several of the options you like most. The fourth day is dedicated to visiting them again. At the same stage, negotiations are underway with real estate owners regarding the price, payment procedure and other essential details of the upcoming transaction. As soon as you decide on the object, we can make its reservation by making a deposit. The amount of the prepayment depends on the value of the house and is usually about 5 thousand euros. After making a deposit, the legal department of the company begins preparing documents for the upcoming transaction.

Day five: paperwork, departure

The last stage of the trip is the registration of the AFM - an analogue of the Russian TIN, as well as the registration of an account in a Greek bank in the name of the buyer. The whole procedure will take about three hours, and therefore you will have time to solve everyday issues - for example, the choice of furniture and decor elements for your future home. Greece Invest's list of services includes home renovation and improvement, and therefore, on your next visit, you can go to your new home, furnished to your taste and completely ready to move in. Two hours before your flight, a private transfer will take you to the airport.
