The hotel is located next to one of the most popular tourist destinations and consists of 125 rooms (240 beds). All rooms have panoramic sea views, shower or bath, air conditioning and TV.

The hotel consists of 2 buildings, which are connected by an underground tunnel. The central building consists of 76 rooms (4 floors - 19 rooms each), reception, hall, breakfast dining room with WC. In the basement there is a kitchen, laundry room, WC and storage rooms. The Roof Garden is located on the fifth floor.

The second 2-storey building houses 49 rooms and a rooftop cafe.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of which is for children, the others with sea water. There are sun loungers around the pools and a large area for any use.
