This investment project involves the construction of all the necessary structures (residential buildings, sports and playgrounds, infrastructure) for the creation of a children's camp in the town of Kanistro, Paliuri region, Halkidiki.

The land plot on which construction is supposed has a total area of 30.500 sq.m. and consists of two separate plots of 25.750 sq.m. and 4.750 sq.m. At the moment, the land plot is 25.750 sq.m. permission has already been received from the regional branch of the State Tourism Association to open a camp with a capacity of 386 children per shift. Due to the second section, the capacity of the camp can be increased to 460.

COMMUNICATIONS

From the land plot to the asphalt road about 400 meters. Electricity runs about 200 meters from the plot. There is a water supply system at a distance of about 1 km. Permission has already been received to conduct water to the site. It is planned to use a biological treatment system or a sewer pit as a sewage system.
