Maisonettes are located in Kalifee, in a quiet area with a sea view. The complex is 650 m from the beach. Construction was completed in April 2023. There is a pool on the complex grounds. Four maisonettes are available for sale on the 1st and 2nd floors.

On the 1st floor, they have a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Solar water heater, security door, and heating system installation.
