The villa consists of ground floor, 90m2, and first floor, 50m2. The ground floor is open space with kitchen, dinning area, living room with fireplace and sitting area. The settlement Akritas Ef Zin where the villa is located has many vacation houses and a small hotel. In very close proximity to the villa is the restaurant of the settlement where someone can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine for any meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant hosts also a very big cellar with around 200 labels of greek wines.
The house is at one of the highest points of Kassandra peninsula at 250m, on a small hill with astonishing views of all the seas around. The closest villages are Paliouri and Ag. Paraskevi in about 4km each. The closest beaches are on 5km distance and they are of the best and blue flagged beaches in Calkidiki (Chrousso beach, Pefkohori beach, Agia Paraskevi). The thermal bathsof Agia Paraskevi are also in a 8km distance where someone can enjoy spa facilities.
