The hotel is located in the most popular place of the island of Skiathos, on the central promenade with a gorgeous view of the sea and the marina, in a quiet location within walking distance from the center of the tourist village of Skiathos. Despite the fact that for many years the building has been operating as a hotel and has a low expenditure side and good profitability, a future investor can change the type of use and convert it into office space or 10 residential apartments of 100 sq.m. each and 2 shops on the ground floor with the possibility of using the area in front of the hotel. However, we would recommend continuing to use it as a hotel.
