The hotel is located on the Halkidiki peninsula, Sithonia. Consists of 134 double rooms and 4 family rooms, overlooking the sea or the gardens of the complex, in addition to 18 double and 9 triple rooms for staff. The complex also includes: restaurant, tavern, pool bar, swimming pool, pool for children, mini market, theater, day care center, playground, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball court, table tennis, group aerobics and parking.

The hotel was built in 1990, but most of it was completed in 1999. In 2005, the whole complex was reconstructed. Reconstruction of the hotel is planned to improve its category. Next to the complex there is a plot of 9000 sq.m for sale, which can be bought and thereby enlarge the territory of the complex.
