The cottages are made in accordance with the traditions of local architecture, using modern building materials and technologies.

The complex has 2 types of cottages. The last cottage of 150 sq.m. remained for sale.
Its area is 150 sq.m. with its own plot of 10 acres.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and access to the plot, a combined kitchen, a bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom.
Already installed autonomous central heating. The characteristic elements of the complex are a ceramic tile roof, harmonious proportions of volumes, stone pipes, wooden shutters and canopies for climbing plants made of tropical wood (Meranti).
