There is an asphalt road 6 meters wide to the site, the distance from the national road Heraklion - Sitia is 3 km. Around the hotel there are tourist, commercial and residential facilities, the village of Mochlos and unbuilt land. The property is easily connected to water, electricity and telephone lines. The required water consumption by the hotel complex is about 205 cubic meters. In a day, the water supply network is capable of providing such a volume.

There is a preliminary approval of the project by the European Grant Program, which assumes a subsidy in the amount of 39% of the project cost.
